At Darabodyworks, we take pride in creating high-quality, handcrafted haircare products made with care and intention. Due to the nature of our products, please review our policy below before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on used or opened products.

Hair and skin reactions can vary from person to person depending on factors such as:

• Hair type and condition

• Sensitivity to ingredients

• Use of other products

• Individual routines and application methods

Because of this, we cannot guarantee specific results for every customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is:

• Damaged during shipping

• Incorrect (wrong item sent)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@darabodyworks.com with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review and offer a replacement if applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be processed or shipped.

Cancellation Policy. 

Canceling An Order

You may request a cancellation within: 6 hours of purchase.

There is a cancellation fee of 3% of total purchase of the payment processing charges will apply. Since the payment processing companies DO NOT offer refund on transactions processed.

Once an order leaves our facility it has not been packed or staged for shipping, cancellation CANNOT be done.
